Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships Development: Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients. Build strategic partnerships with HR, benefits managers, and decision-makers in organizations. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. Think critically when planning to assure project success. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market needs to guide business development and marketing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience. 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
