- Conduct analysis and studies, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization’s rewards strategy.
- Interpret results to make informed recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective rewards programs.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with the organization’s overall rewards strategy and business objectives.
- Assist the Total Rewards Lead in the creation and enhancement of compensation and benefits policies.
- Assist in drafting policy documents, guidelines, and frameworks that reflect industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze data for various compensation and benefits surveys.
- Participate in industry surveys to gather benchmarking data and review results to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support the Total Rewards Lead in analyzing costs and competitive trends related to cash compensation programs.
- Identify and assess the organization’s position within the competitive landscape, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Assist in the analysis and design of benefits programs across different business units in the South-East Asia region, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
- Ensure regional benefits programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the company’s overall rewards strategy.
- Prepare and deliver HR analytics reports for the group.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and support decision-making related to total rewards.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects within the Total Rewards and HR Analytics areas as needed.
- Contribute to project planning, execution, and reporting to support the broader HR and organizational objectives.
- With Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or Business.
- Must possess at least 7 years of C&B experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work well in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Able to multitask and has a keen eye for details.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
- Possesses initiative, good communication skill and is able to work under pressure.
