- Source and purchase materials, components, and parts to support production needs.
- Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials; expedite when necessary.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on performance and cost-efficiency.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by sourcing prototype and pre-production parts.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP/MRP systems.
- Drive cost reduction and alternative sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO, and quality standards.
- Resolve supplier issues, invoice discrepancies, and delivery problems.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in electronics or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Familiar with electronic components, mechanical parts, and sourcing practices.
- Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and procurement compliance standards is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
