About the job In this position, you will be providing technical application and customer training support related to the medical device. Job Responsibilities: Provide customer support through consultation in product-related matters Handle pre-sales support along with product demo to customers Work collaboratively with sales and marketing departments on technical application of the product, offering guidance and assistance as necessary Develop user training manuals as required for the product Contribute to business enhancements by implementing streamlined processes and driving continuous improvement Job Requirements: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related fields. Minimum of 2 years working experience in the medical device field. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide direct customer services. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Extensive travelling throughout Southeast Asia regions.
