- Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including but not limited to job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and other related recruitment activities as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns (online and offline)
- Support people development efforts in onboarding and orientation, training sessions and employee engagement initiatives, aiming to build a high performance team and positive culture.
- Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
- Assist with various payroll and attendance-related tasks, including reviewing attendance, leave, and overtime records, as well as supporting related administrative duties.
- Process business activity transactions such as customer receipts, procurement orders and employee claims.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate unit.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for HR & Finance.
- Currently pursuing diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
