*Mandarin speaker required for operation liaising. ** Budget at RM10k DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Assist to oversee daily operations of the hospital and ensuring its smooth delivery. 1.1 Assist middle management to implement policy decisions made. 1.2 Determines needs and makes recommendations for improvement. 1.3 Identify problems and initiates remedial actions. 1.4 Directs change and resolves conflicts. 1.5 Evaluates standard of care continuously. 1.6 Coordinates and provides assistance on legal matters. 1.7 Liaise with relevant government agencies. 2 Recommend to the Medical Superintendent and Executive Committee policy changes which will improve the quality of care. 3 Perform secretarial duties for the Executive Committee. 4. Manage and plan in arranging Hospital's major events and meeting, such as Hospital Annual Dinner, Director's Meeting , EXCO, etc. 5. Liaise with consultants and doctors regarding contract, terms of engagement, and licensing requirements. 6. Coordinate with stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing matters, audit processes, and other operational concerns, including patient complaints, cost compliance and related issue. 7.
