- Diploma or equivalent in Administration or related field
- Able to speak and write Mandarin well
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- At least 1 year experience in admin or related work preferred
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Check daily foreign worker lists and update records (resignations, dorm assignments)
- Arrange new worker dorm rooms and prepare safety forms
- Assist with worker injury cases by coordinating clinic visits and managing medical documents
- Record factory and container water meter readings every morning
- Monitor and restock first aid kits and office supplies weekly
- Manage cleaning supplies and supervise cleaning schedules
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning of customer rooms, ensuring necessary items (toiletries, linens, etc.) are prepared
- Maintain pantry stocks (snacks, milk, cleaning items)
- Assist with small maintenance jobs at dorms and office (fans, lights, etc.)
- Support other admin tasks as assigned
