- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertisements, resume screening, interview arrangements, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring completion of required documentation and orientation programs.
- Support monthly payroll processing by preparing attendance records, leave tracking, overtime claims, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB in accordance with government regulations.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, and resignation notices.
- Monitor and manage employee leave, attendance, and medical records.
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with the Employment Act and related labour laws.
- Provide general HR support to staff and line managers on HR-related matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
