• Lead and implement cost-saving initiatives and warehouse process improvements.

• Support ad-hoc management requests and work under pressure in a dynamic, shift-based environment.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2-3 years leading a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
• Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and support weekend operations when required.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
