Operate and schedule the batching process according to SOPs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor, maintain, and clean batching machinery and area for smooth operations, collaborating with the engineering team for routine maintenance.
Ensure correct flour loading into tankers and storage bins for proper production.
Accurately record and monitor production data.
Comply with all safety procedures, food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC, Halal), and ISO 22000 guidelines.
Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPs for efficient operations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year experience.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Good Teamwork and attitude.
This position based in Pasir Gudang
