Job Title: Accounts Admin Location: Mahsa Avenue- PJ Department: Finance / Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Executive Job Summary: The Accounts Admin is responsible for supporting the finance and administration team by managing daily accounting and administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Process invoices, payments, and staff claims. Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. Assist with audits, tax submissions, and statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST). Administrative Duties: Manage company documents, correspondence, and office supplies. Support HR with staff attendance tracking, leave records, and claim processing. Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining office calendars. Liaise with vendors, customers, and external parties when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
