Key Responsibilities Act as the steward of the organisation's structural framework, overseeing job evaluation processes to ensure accurate grading, internal equity, and opportunities for career progression. Design and sustain a comprehensive skills framework that enables transparent career pathways, effective succession planning, and targeted employee development. Proactively identify critical skill gaps and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create tailored upskilling initiatives, encompassing technical expertise, soft skills, leadership training, and coaching to build future-ready capabilities. Apply talent profiling and assessment methodologies to recognise high-potential individuals and support strategic internal mobility for capability enhancement. Develop and oversee personalised development plans for top-performing employees, ensuring their growth is tracked and their contributions are optimised within the organisation. Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving talent retention and engagement, with a focus on key employee groups. Administer the organisation's coaching and mentoring programmes to foster leadership growth and support targeted employee development. Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to enable strategic internal talent placements, aligning individual career aspirations with organisational continuity and needs. Key Requirements A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 8 years of professional experience in talent development or talent management . Demonstrated ability to design and implement customised training and development frameworks that support career advancement and talent mobility. Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve talent mobility outcomes. Solid understanding of competency models and talent assessment tools; prior experience in job evaluation is highly advantageous. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with a proven track record of driving collaborative learning and development initiatives.
