Job Description Engineering: Semiconductor failure analysis: Performing electrical and physical failure analyses on semiconductors. Applying electrical measurements, analysis and preparation procedures for narrowing down and localizing defects. Measurement technology and test equipment specialist: Conducting complex functional tests, interpreting measurement data and maintaining/repairing laboratory equipment. Analysis of measurement problems, root cause determination and solution implementation. Professional installation and commissioning of complex electrical test stands and analyses procedures in cooperation with partner laboratories. Interface role: Close collaboration with development, production and partner laboratories for problem solving and process optimization. Documentation and quality assurance: Adhering to standards and detailed recording of activities. Logistics: Receiving customer complaints from domestic and international sources and entering them into leading IT systems (IQIS/CAMS/DACHS). Requesting missing data from product owner or from customers. Shipping of returns to customers or partner laboratories (packaging the component, preparing accompanying documents). Creating and providing all necessary shipping documents such as waybills, customs declarations, etc. If necessary, cross-interface and cross-departmental communication to clarify open or unclear points. Delivering packaged freight (component/accompanying information) to the logistics department for shipment. General: Willingness to travel for training purposes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering) Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a related technical or quality assurance role.
