Production Controller/ Team Leader

• Coordinate with different departments (e.g. warehouse, quality, purchasing)
• Track production output and report any delays or issues
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products
• Assist in improving production processes for better efficiency
• Maintain production records and reports
• Experience in robotic welding coding will be an advantage
• Experience in the machining industry is preferred

• Good planning and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow
• Strong communication, co-ordination and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
