As the Factory Manager Successor, you will be groomed to lead all facets of factory operations-from hands-on management to strategic oversight-ensuring operational excellence, quality assurance, and team development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily factory operations including production, procurement, and maintenance
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and enhance efficiency across departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, HR, Logistics)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performance culture
  • Prepare for full transition into the Factory Manager role within a defined timeline
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in factory or production management
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Proven success in process optimization and cost control
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing methodologies
