As the Factory Manager Successor, you will be groomed to lead all facets of factory operations-from hands-on management to strategic oversight-ensuring operational excellence, quality assurance, and team development.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations including production, procurement, and maintenance
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and enhance efficiency across departments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, HR, Logistics)
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performance culture
- Prepare for full transition into the Factory Manager role within a defined timeline
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in factory or production management
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
