What Will You Do Compliance Culture Development: Proactively partner with business leaders to ensure that compliance risks are identified, mitigated & addressed there by setting up a culture of compliance and shared accountability by actively engaging with business leaders to ensure strong tone at the top and middle. Advise business on day to day matters of Ethics and Compliance. Compliance Training/Communication Program: Design and implement an effective compliance training program, both online and in-person, for new and existing employees, including workshops for senior management and key awareness programs tailored to job profiles. Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies: Develop and conduct comprehensive risk assessments and developing effective strategies to mitigate risks. Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure confidential reporting, non-retaliation and investigation of all sensitive issues. Partner with business to foster compliant behavior and determine appropriate disciplinary measures and management action plans Due Diligence Drive compliant engagement through Third Parties by implementing appropriate due diligence and lifecycle management. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compliance. Recommend and implement improvements to the compliance program. Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance into business processes.
