Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.*Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.Job Profile Name: Analyst, Fulfillment SolutionProf I-Supply Chain-General Supply ChainThe Data Analyst within Fulfillment Advanced Analytics COE team will be responsible for data analysis across all businesses at the regional and global level with the focus on APAC, developing targeting metrics, and utilization dashboards and models that provide insight, drive awareness and support fulfillment teams through fulfillment KPI tracking, customer experience metrics and strategic network design.What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and improve SC performance.
Create and update dashboards to support visualization and analysis of supply chain optimization outputs.
Build and validate network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions.
Responsible for the design and development of global supply chain key indicators and Dashboards with an emphasis on automation with minimal manual processing.
Proactively provides insight and solutions from the data and analyzes trends to support regional/strategic decision making and assist in the management of strategic goals at multiple geographic levels.
Apply advance statistical analytics and predictive models to build and validate SC network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific SC challenges.

What you'll bring

Expertise in data management, data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R and SQL.
Ability to apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Good understanding of ERP systems is required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
English required. Other languages is a plus.
Team player mentality with the capacity to lead and contribute to cross-function initiatives.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and can work with an appreciable amount of latitude.
Good planning and project management skills.
Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science degree, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL tools is preferred.
Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau Desktop and Server, Power BI.
Good understanding of ERP systems, TMS, WMS, Snowflake is preferred.
Ability and desire to learn new technical tools and software available at Baxter.
Strong Microsoft Office skills is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
