Job Description Summary Responsible for supporting and assisting the day-to-day fund accounting operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures. Justification Intern is to assist on daily BAU work of lower risk in order for the team to focus on more important tasks. Also for the team to have more time for ad hoc works and projects, improvising current processes, investigation of issues/ incidents as well as completing the outstanding SOPs. Job Description SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES Reconcile cash and portfolio positions to custody/TA records Verifying daily price publication in Corporate Website Compiling of dividend tax vouchers To update daily FX rate & security price into the fund accounting system To prepare daily trade instructions Daily ad hoc & administrative tasks Requirements Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in finance, accountancy, banking, investment, economics or equivalent. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good work ethics with a positive attitude. Responsible and willing to learn.
