Shipping Executive

• Accountable for all export and import custom documentation, transportation and freight for export and import shipment.
• Work closely with internal parties, customers, freight forwarder to ensure smooth shipment progress and on time delivery.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, import & export procedures.
• Monitoring of import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Knowledge of LMW process, regulation, and related custom report.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) shipment & documentation for submission to bank.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
• Min 8 years working experience is required.
• Experience in using ERP system and preparing shipments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)
• Excellent coordination and organization skills and able to multi-task
• Positive attitude, detail oriented and meticulous person.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
