- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and overall computer savviness.
- Analytical mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team effort.
- Good time management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of international trade terms and business.

- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
- As a Customer Service Executive in Shipping & Logistics, your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality services and logistics solutions to clients.
- Preparation of shipping documentation for ocean import/export shipments (e.g., Booking Confirmation, Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents).
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and overseas partners.
- Regular working Hours Monday-Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
