Tanggungjawab
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
  • As a Customer Service Executive in Shipping & Logistics, your primary responsibilities include:
  • Providing high-quality services and logistics solutions to clients.
  • Preparation of shipping documentation for ocean import/export shipments (e.g., Booking Confirmation, Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents).
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and overseas partners.
