- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
- Develop personalized financial plans and strategies tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
- Educate clients on various financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
