The Role Join GoGet's growth team and help scale Malaysia's leading on-demand workforce platform across ASEAN. We're looking for a driven, digitally savvy go-getter to grow revenue, launch products, and build partnerships that make an impact. You'll be on the front lines of our expansion - driving account acquisition, activation, and retention while spotting opportunities to scale using data and technology. Lead Generation and Pipeline Development Drive B2B lead acquisition across key verticals including F&B, Retail, Business Event, and SaaS. Design and execute targeted lead nurturing strategies to build a strong, qualified sales pipeline. 2.Sales Outreach and Conversion Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts, including email campaigns, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead qualification. Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials, conduct discovery calls, and negotiate deals to close high-value accounts. 3.Market Intelligence and Insights Gather, analyse, and report on customer and prospect feedback, pricing trends, and competitive activity to shape go-to-market strategies. Identify emerging industry opportunities to inform sales priorities and product positioning. 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs and improve service delivery. Share actionable insights to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. 5.Experimentation and Growth Initiatives Contribute to special projects, including sector-specific campaigns, new industry tests, market entry into new cities, and SEA expansion planning. Continuously explore innovative sales tactics and growth channels to maximise business impact. Who will you work with We work as a team, and your role is to be a great team player with GoGet Business Development, Sales, Special Projects, and any other teams that may be required. We have in-house developers to support customized product changes, in-house community builders, and a product team to make your ideas become a reality. You will be gaining relevant skills for the future because of your learnings and understanding of growing revenue in a company. Requirements Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or other related Business fields. You&aposre hungry to win. You take initiative, own your pipeline, and seek creative ways to grow the business. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to switch between strategic thinking and execution. You find satisfaction in overcoming obstacles and turning them into opportunities. Enjoys the challenge of strategizing and outmaneuvering the competition. Inspired by the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company&aposs bottom line. Must be able to work at our office in Damansara. Past experience in F&B or Event operations, e-commerce or SaaS platforms is a strong plus. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Project Management is a strong plus.
