- Maintain and manage employee data across Workday system for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global data standards.
- Conduct regular audits, validations, and data cleansing activities to uphold the integrity and reliability of HR data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Compliance, to implement and maintain data governance policies and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues in coordination with Workday Business Process and IT Support Teams.
- Assist in system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other downstream system, ensuring minimal disruption and data accuracy throughout the process.
- Provide consultation and ongoing support to Workday users to promote adherence to data entry standards and effective system utilization.
- Analyzing Workday system (HRIS), monitoring performance and resolving issue.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Workday systems would be an added advantage.
- Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
