- Accountable for Customer (Media) quality indicators management towards better quality and customer satisfaction, and responsible for the assigned departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Proactively feedback and participate with working team for any potential quality issue in early stage.
- Participate in Non-conformance issue part containment and disposition discussion, and execution during quality incident, act as Coordinator Material Review Board, provide briefing as required.
- Participate in related risk assessment activities e.g. Business Process Management (BPM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Utilize data analytics for product performance monitoring / analysis and leverage on relevant predictive modeling to drive continual improvements and proactive problem solving.
- Use 8D methodology for Quality Alert(s).
- Responsible to follow up and follow through committed actions/evaluation lots for improvements to Customer (Media).
- Assist in ensuring the functional business risk (in area of assign responsibility) are adequately identified and mitigated at best possible level.
- Responsible for self-health and safety at the workplace. Comply with relevant policies and regulations.
- Act as Coordinator for Change Review, provide briefing/training as required. Hold authority to reject Change Review package that does not meet requirements.
- Support Customer (Media or downstream customer) audits and internal audits for compliance.
- Support any other projects / task assigned by supervisor, leveraging 4IR-related skills and expertise to drive innovation, agility, and digital transformation across the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science and equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Quality Management System or Quality-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertive, good leadership, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge / Trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 standards, statistical tools, six sigma methodology, Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, 8D methodology, Six Sigma, and etc.
- Data, digital, and technological literacy.
