- Bachelor's degree/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Maintain all related AP and AR records.
- Organize and file all financial documents to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Prepare banking documents for creditor payments, such as Banker's Acceptance or Letters of Credit.
- Able assisting sales teams with account statements and or other matters and to send statement of account within deadlines to all relevant customers.
- Able to perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
- Prepare necessary documentation to support annual audits.
- Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents.
- To assist and prepare adhoc documentation as and when necessary
- Full-time position
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 5.30 PM).
