For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.Role overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Executive (Outbound/Inbound) to join our team. As a Call Center Executive (Outbound/Inbound), you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, and promoting our products/services over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Present product information, pricing, and benefits to potential customers persuasively.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the system.
  • Handle objections and concerns effectively to secure sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and sales quotas, as outlined by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the industry related to the products/services being offered is a plus.
