The Position Support marketing manager and responsible for all marketing aspect encompassing designated brands in order to achieve planned sales and market share objective within advertising and promotion expenses budgets. Duties & Responsibilities Execution The Marketing Executive is responsible to support marketing team on the tactical execution of Brand Plan at the OPU assigned, which includes: Execute the development and implementation of marketing materials and activities and ensures these are corresponds to market needs and in timely manner. Support on the planning of new product launching. Coordinate with Technical team, Sales team and distributors to support them in product knowledge and marketing support. Assist Marketing Manager on the day-to-day implementation of marketing plans, including development and placement of advertising and public relations materials, preparation of sales support materials, education materials for wholesaler representatives, dissemination of relevant market and technical information to sales representatives, organization of display materials for trade shows and conferences Supporting Marketing Manager to monitor expenditures regularly and implements spending contingency plans as required Requirements: Ready to contact us Driving Business Results/Process/Cross-Functional Collaboration Assisting with the operations of the team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Degree in Science / Marketing/ Veterinary Medicine or related field Strong interest in business and communications Ease in prioritizing and managing multiple projects Strong sense of initiative and adaptation to various tasks and projects Detail orientated Proficient with all Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Knowledge / handling of internal Finance and IS systems / tools Able to multi-task competently Thrives in a team environment, yet able to work independently Able to interact with different cultures and people at all levels Persistence and consistence, able to work under time pressure.
