- Prepare, sign and submit pigging report, daily report and other relevant reports to Project Manager.
- Discuss equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets, launching trays, spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.
- Report non-compliances, near-misses, etc.
- Attend safety and technical and professional development courses / trainings.
- Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging procedures and other project-related documents
- Establish professional contact with client’s field personnel creating friendly working relations
- Manage and develop the team to execute field work in a safe, effective and efficient manner in line with time, resource and financial planning.

- Is authorized to stop execution of any work at site if it is unsafe or may create unsafe work conditions.
- Coordinate field activities between LIN SCAN team, subcontractor, client and other involved parties.
- Visit client’s sites (site kick-off meetings, field surveys, risk assessment review meetings, etc.).
- Execute all other tasks as requested by POM and/or Executive Team within the assigned job role.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) plus 5 years of operation planning experience
- Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure
- Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level
- Fluency in English, the language of the Territory is an advantage
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Preference for Chinese language spoken candidate.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
