RESPONSIBILITIES: Process customer account creation and amendment Process A/R billings, customer invoicing and adjustments Understands the end-to-end process of billing and customer invoicing Understand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory role if and when needed Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed Track and reconcile daily/monthly volumes and metrics Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface) Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.
