- Manage and optimize both in-house sales team and external agents to meet sales targets.
- Maintain updated sales systems and ensure timely updating of sales reports.
- Proficient in forecasting sales for the company.
- Coordinate with financiers and bankers.
- Liaise with relevant Government departments.
- Conduct market surveys, analyze competitor products, and establish networks to acquire firsthand industry insights.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate sales and marketing activities including strategy execution, post-sales support, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in selling factories is an added advantage.
