Drive and execute plans, programs, initiatives, and agenda for talent management and succession planning (TMSP) to ensure talent pipeline for key leadership roles. Key Accountabilities: Lead and drive the design, development, roll-out and continuous refinement of talent management framework, strategies, plans, initiatives, programme and agenda in identifying, developing and mobilizing talents to enable these talents to grow and lead the organization as per succession plans. Lead and collaborate closely with HR Leaders, business stakeholders and Senior Management in identifying critical talent needs and design programmes for talent development together with the stakeholders to retain the talent. Lead and design a comprehensive talent database and provide valuable insights through data analysis including predictive analysis, trending to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to enhance talent related strategies and initiatives. Manage the refresh and continuous refinement of talent assessment approach as well as tools to ensure relevance with current and emerging business needs and market trends. Establish and innovate on current processes and systems to improve reporting mechanism and design Talent Dashboard effective talent pool database of talent profiles including assessment reports to facilitate top management decision making on succession plans. Jointly-drive with function head the succession planning of C-Suites and critical positions to drive leadership sustainability within PMB. Drive the companywide annual talent reviews and facilitate the discussion with stakeholders to identify and distinguish employee potential, succession and development opportunities to craft personalized developmental approach for talents. Collaborate with functional leaders to facilitate talent engagement activities such as on the job mentoring and coaching, ensuring talent retention for leadership pipeline. Jointly collaborate with the L&D team to charter PMB's overall learning & development agenda and manage the operationalization of plans to position PMB as one of the leading organisations in the learning & development space in Malaysia Lead and manage communication plans of TMSP programs and initiatives for target audience to promote and inform on career development and advancement opportunities. Review and evaluate vendor for TMSP programs to provide recommendations on selection of best-in-class and cost-effective development solutions, aligned with business requirements. Analyse post-program data based on feedback and evaluation form of programs and initiatives also provide recommendations ensuring continual improvements and adjustments. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in any field. Not mandatory but preferably had experience in Human Resources - within the Talent, Business Partnering, Rewards, and Reporting capacity. Experience and familiarity with stakeholder management with the Business and external vendors. Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) to interpret and communicate data-driven insights effectively. Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured data sets, and able to process and extract value from large data sets into actionable recommendations. Strong project management skills to drive Group-wide succession planning activities and other initiatives from concept to execution and adoption. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings to senior management. Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being agile, flexible, collaborative, and outcome-driven. Able to operate individually, proactive, and is a strong team player.
