Ensure a positive customer experience by handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Job Requirements Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. SPM qualification or higher. Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience in banking or financial institution customer service is an added advantage. Willingness to learn and continuously improve. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
