- Responsible for the company day-to-day office related matters
- Able to learn and handle full set of accounting via MYOB software.
- Able to handle day-to-day accounting works (including invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation and etc.)
- Able to handle HR administrative works (eg. Payroll include statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, handling staff’s claims receipt and etc.)
- To assist in recruitment activities (including termination & exit interview of staff, compensation & benefits, training & learning as well as other HR activities).
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Keeping track on the company’s finances based on financial status.
- Ensuring proper filling of all relevant documents into respective files.
- To assist with Administrative tasks.
- Managing client’s and supplier’s billing.
- Initiating and managing the company’s software such as MYOB, HR2000, VENUS & etc.)
- Able to deal and work with our Top Management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Good team player and work to timeline or schedule.
- Excellent oral English and other language communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and people management skills, with ability to build working relationship with external (field) staff and clients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems.
- Accurate data entry skills (alpha and numeric).
- Independent & Good communicator.
- Organized & Meticulous.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and discipline.
- Can starts immediately
- Willing to travel Bukit Jalil area
- Willing to learn
