- Lead the team effectively to achieve both team and company goals.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong presentation and PowerPoint skills to manage and present complex sales data.
- Handle high-pressure situations involving both customers and internal teams, including factory operations.
- Analyze problems efficiently and implement effective solutions through strong analytical thinking.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase sales and drive growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic Components Industrial Sales, preferably within the Electronics & Electrical (E&E) sector.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new assignments and responsibilities as needed.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong drive and ambition to achieve targets and develop new sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have hands-on experience in commercial functions for E&E, including Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Delivery Control, PSI Management, Quotation Handling, and coordination with internal teams.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting global distributor accounts such as Avnet, TTI, Future Electronics, and Arrow Electronics.
