Your friendly presence and attention to detail will help guests relax and enjoy their experience to the fullest.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all guests at the pool area with a warm, friendly welcome.Prepare and arrange towels, sun loungers, and amenities for guest comfort.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, lounge area, and facilities throughout the day.Assist guests with basic poolside requests, such as setting up chairs or offering refreshments.Monitor the supply of poolside amenities and coordinate replenishment as needed.Ensure used towels are collected and fresh ones are readily available at all times.Support the wider service team by communicating guest needs and preferences.Qualifications:Friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented personality.Able to work independently and stay proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization.Comfortable working outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Basic communication skills in English.A genuine interest in hospitality and providing a relaxing guest experience.
