Job Description: Drive commercial growth for a portfolio of key accounts within the Travel & Dining Services category, with a primary focus on F&B merchants and ride-hailing partners Develop and implement strategic plans to engage accounts and optimise their performance in both day-to-day operations and large-scale Shopee campaigns Analyse account performance and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes Collaborate with the acquisitions team to pitch and successfully onboard new merchants, expanding our service offerings Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Revenue and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of all initiatives and campaigns Lead in-team projects to establish improved processes and introduce new strategic initiatives that enhance overall team and category performance Engage with accounts to drive participation in Shopee campaigns, collaborating with them to achieve and exceed campaign targets Partner with Category Managers to define, implement and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Travel & Dining Services vertical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline recent graduates are encouraged to apply Relevant experience in account management or category management would be advantageous Experience in e-commerce or a related industry is preferred Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and sustain client relationships Entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, willing to experiment, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to decision-making A proactive and goal-oriented individual who is a strong team player and thrives in a dynamic setting
