Job DescriptionAs a Data Product Manager, you will own and develop data products, driving data strategy, governance, and insights that empower decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to build scalable data solutions that enhance business outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, analysts, and engineers, to translate data needs into actionable product features.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth, customer insights, and operational efficiencies.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to ensure data products are user-friendly and drive adoption across teams.
  • Ensure data products adhere to privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and internal governance policies.
  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in product management, data analytics, or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of SQL, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data governance, machine learning concepts, and AI-driven insights.
  • Agile/Scrum experience in managing data-driven projects.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistic,airlines, financial services, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, BigData).
  • Understanding of AI/ML-driven products and data ethics.
