We continue to improve our standards of excellence and serve the legal needs of our clients with innovative and personalized solutions.As our interns in conveyancing department, you will be working with our conveyancing team to provide strong support to the firm to serve our clients' legal needs. We have built a work culture based on the foundation of mutual respect among all members of our firm.Your responsibilities will include:
Handling sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale).
Handling all loan documentation for end-financing.
Handling all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc.
Liaising with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments.
Monitoring the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system.
Administering files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system.
Assisting in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the superior.
Ideal Profile
You are a Law Graduate or currently undertaking Bachelor of Laws, Certificate in Legal Practice, or equivalent
You are willing to do an internship for 3 to 6 months.
You have good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
You possess a good attitude, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision,
