Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative or finance-related role.
  • Good at applying and improving processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing rules is a plus, but not a must.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with financial software such as AutoCount or Xero will be an advantage.
  • Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership in operations, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis.
  • Review work done by team members (including preparation of payments, attendance bonus, sales reports, budgets) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct and review weekly audits on Company Internal Key Indicators to ensure accuracy.
  • Support daily financial operations and help implement process improvements, including workflow automation using integrations, formulas, or AI tools.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
  • Support event planning such as staff meetings, workshops, or company activities.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and reports.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in coordination with the finance team.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and maintaining staff HR records such as leave applications.
  • Verify expense claims and process reimbursements.
  • Communicate with vendors, bankers, and government officers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to assist in various projects, including IPO preparations, grants and tax incentive applications, e-invoicing, pricing strategies, budgeting, and other upcoming initiatives.
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
