- Responsible for the generation of sales revenues across the designated territory, and contributing to overall growth and revenue within the region.
- Strive to surpass outlined sales objectives outlined in the Business Plan.
- Spearhead the formulation of a business development strategy for the territory.
- Prioritize sales opportunities to optimize the closure of deals.
- Participate in the development of sales targets.
- Collaborate with a sales team dedicated to exceeding targets.
- Develop and maintain precise, up-to-date sales data and forecasts in the company's sales reporting system (Oracle CRM).
- Manage relationships with existing distributors and recruit and develop new distributors.
- Segment end users vertically and devise an effective strategy to engage with them from pre-sales to final sales closure.
- Promote project specifications to end users for the company.
- Devise strategies for channel development and vertical business planning to enhance market presence in the assigned region.
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in engineering/business or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business strategy development or related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
