Role Description Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing and successful onboarding. Payroll Administration Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring full compliance with all statutory requirements. Compensation & Benefits Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, conducting market benchmarking to align with industry trends and business goals. Performance Management Support the performance management cycle, including KPI setting and annual reviews, and guide managers on performance improvement plans. Training & Development Coordinate all training initiatives, including new hire orientation, skills development programs, HRDF claim submissions, and maintaining training records. Employee & Industrial Relations Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, handling disciplinary issues, and coordinating engagement activities. Compliance & Policy Management Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring ongoing compliance with Malaysian labour laws, ISO standards, and internal regulations. Administrative Support Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and provide general administrative support, including booking flights and accommodations. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. 3- 5 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry. Well-versed in Employment Act 1955, IR Act, statutory requirements, and other HR practices. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in HR management software, preferably HR2000. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of both verbal and written English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia. High proficiency level of Microsoft Excel (eg, VLOOKUP, Pivot table), able to generate and analyze HR metrics Additional Information: Business Nature: Retail - Manufacturing/Production Location: Selangor, Shah Alam Working Hours: 8 am - 5.15 pm (Mon- Friday) Show more Show less
