Job description: Operations Management Oversee all major F&B operating expenses, set margin targets, and monitor performance against financial projections. Conduct and lead regular meetings with the culinary team and direct reports. Manage procurement processes, including order quantities, inventory control, scheduling, receiving, invoice settlement, and equipment upkeep. Develop recipes and supporting materials such as recipe cards, descriptions, and visual references. Evaluate the effectiveness of the culinary operations through P&L analysis and brand service performance. Perform duties as Head Chef or Sous Chef on an ad-hoc basis to maintain familiarity with products and standards. People Management & Training Handle recruitment, training, performance evaluation, work assignments, and career development for team members. Foster a positive and productive work environment for both kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service. Collaborate with other business units to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Quality Assurance & Control Monitor business forecasts and adjust operational plans for labor, productivity, and cost management. Ensure consistency and high standards in food preparation, quality, and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to maintain operational excellence and competitiveness.
