In your new role you will:
- Employee safeguarding explicitly includes work of company doctors, nurses and employees with responsibility for corporate health programs as well as social consultants dedicated to maintain mental health of our employees.
- Implements adequate risk assessment mechanisms in aforementioned areas - including technical safety derived from insurance requirements - and defines mitigation measures to ensure adequate risk management in area of responsibility.
- May conduct internal audits in the area of responsibility and maintains certificates such as the ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO50001 certificates based on IFX commitment and needs.
- Interacts with all relevant stakeholders (internal, external: general public, customers, suppliers, authorities and political decision makers as well as NGO's) as subject matter expert based on a materiality approach, legal requirements, business cases and / or Board commitments.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years).
- first relevant working experience.
