Role Overview We're looking for a Training Operations Specialist to join our newly established Quality & Capability Development (QCD) team. This is a vital role that supports smooth planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning programs across the company by managing learning systems, analytics, logistics, and content development. The role also collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create high-impact internal training materials, deliver the training content, ensuring a seamless learner experience and data-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities Training Content Development and delivery: Work with internal SMEs to develop lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and assessment tools in accordance with training objectives. Assesses trainees' progress through practical tests, quizzes, and skills assessments. Maintain internal learning libraries, toolkits, and knowledge base documentation. Deliver training programs through various modalities including face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning approaches for both on-site and online teams. Learning Operations: Manage LMS platform and tools for course deployment, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate scheduling, invitations, and support for live training and webinars. Analytics & Reporting: Generate monthly learning dashboards with metrics on participation, completion, and impact. Analyze feedback and learner assessments to improve training programs. Administrative & Project Support Maintain training calendars and version control of content. Support onboarding logistics and training follow-up processes. What Success Looks Like Drive measurable impact on employee performance, productivity and growth Accelerate internal content development and deployment Ensure seamless delivery of training and absorption of key training content What Makes You a Great Fit Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in L&D coordination, instructional design, or training operations Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Communications, Education, or related discipline Certification in instructional design or L&D tools is a plus (e.g., Coursera ID certificate, ATD microcredentials) Technical Skills Required: Understanding of adult learning principles, training evaluation methods and instructional design principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, Bloom's taxonomy) Proficient in Learning Management Systems (SkillJar, Cornerstone, 360Learning etc.) Skilled in digital content, video editing creation tools: Loom, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Canva etc. Familiarity with quiz builders, feedback tools (e.g., Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Kahoot) Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (for learner tracking/reporting) Soft Skills Required: Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously Good presentation and listener engagement skills Learner- and customer-oriented mindset Other Requirements: Interest or background in finance or technology is advantageous English fluency required; Professional Chinese language is a plus What We Offer As official partners of Newcastle United F.
