- Basic to intermediate understanding on business software (ERP, POS, WMS) functions and flow
- Proactively search for new potential clients via cold calling, online platforms, field outreach, networking, etc.
- Generate and qualify leads across different sectors and business sizes.
- Maintain structured lead logs and updates using internal tracking format.
- Pitch and promote the company's software solutions to prospects.
- Prepare and deliver tailored demos and presentations.
- Close sales deals, from first engagement to signed contract.
- Coordinate with the Project Team to ensure client needs are captured pre-handover
- Respond to client enquiries and support onboarding.
- Follow up with clients post-sale, including payment collection coordination.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Project, Accounts, Management)
- Submit weekly leads report and monthly sales report. (based on company-provided formats)
- Update internal systems with client progress, sales stages, and feedback.
- Communicate status updates and obstacles via day-to-day check-ins with direct senior
- Contribute strategic ideas for business or market expansion.
- Assist in branding, campaigns, and client acquisition strategies when needed.
- Conduct competitor and market research to improve sales tactics.
