  • Basic to intermediate understanding on business software (ERP, POS, WMS) functions and flow
Responsibilities1. Leads
  • Proactively search for new potential clients via cold calling, online platforms, field outreach, networking, etc.
  • Generate and qualify leads across different sectors and business sizes.
  • Maintain structured lead logs and updates using internal tracking format.
2. Sales
  • Pitch and promote the company's software solutions to prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored demos and presentations.
  • Close sales deals, from first engagement to signed contract.
  • Coordinate with the Project Team to ensure client needs are captured pre-handover
3. Client Relationship
  • Respond to client enquiries and support onboarding.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale, including payment collection coordination.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Project, Accounts, Management)
4. Reporting
  • Submit weekly leads report and monthly sales report. (based on company-provided formats)
  • Update internal systems with client progress, sales stages, and feedback.
  • Communicate status updates and obstacles via day-to-day check-ins with direct senior
5. Business Development Support
  • Contribute strategic ideas for business or market expansion.
  • Assist in branding, campaigns, and client acquisition strategies when needed.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to improve sales tactics.
