Experienced in SharePoint development and implementation, responsible for digitalizing forms/systems across the organization and ensuring smooth operations and user experience. Manages expectations and collaborates effectively with internal IT teams and external parties to support business growth and deliver seamless IT support.

Oversee Sharepoint app and form development.
Act as final technical checkpoint for Sharepoint team's development outcomes.
Develop tailored apps and forms aligned with company digitalization goals.
Communicate effectively with users to understand requirements, plan app/form processes, and present clear drafts.
Serve as the technical go-to person for the Sharepoint team and guide them to excel in their tasks.
Explore and apply new technologies, subject to approval, to enhance development processes.
Keep direct superior updated on team well-being and project/task statuses.
Ensure timely completion of team projects/tasks.
Identify gaps and provide solutions for digitalizing manual processes/forms with minimal risks.

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/Cloud administration, Nintex technology, and PowerApps.
Proficient in Web Programming, HTML, and Javascript.
Demonstrated success in form digitalization, executing efficient workflows for maximum efficiency.
Strong communication and presentation skills with at least 5-6 years of experience working across various departments.
