Job Responsibility To make sure enough manpower available in showroom. To Make sure tidiness and discipline of staff are following company rules and regulation. To propose potential subordinate to be included as second liner and nurture them. To arrange training to ensure sales person are well equip with sufficient product knowledge. To monitor and control inventory level by keeping IT on par with target and maintain a healthy stock turnover. To ensure stock availability in showroom especially promotion items are sufficient. To ensure product pricing and display are well maintained following company events and direction. To ensure marketing display tools in the showroom are up to date and dispose those outdated. Job Requirements Min possess DIPLOMA/DEGREE level in Business Management/equivalent. Possess excellent time and people management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays. Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
