BID Operations is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Client Funds Settlements Officer. As a Client Funds Settlements Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate settlements for clients. Responsibilities Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members. Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution. Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records. Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), following established procedures and security measures. Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary. Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the night shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system. Requirements Well organised with high accuracy levels and extreme attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and XERO applications. Experience in funds settlements or a similar role is strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks. High proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
