Job Requirements
– Diploma or degree in related field or equivalent
– Experience around 1-5 years
– Project Management skill, Industrial Skill and also Communication skill
– Mandarin speaking, write and readJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Handling all the new SKU packaging design, specifications drawing and packing process related work instruction.
– Communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to implement packaging solutions. Collaborate with China Packaging R&D team, LOB, or even customer for new customer inquiries or design/ material change.
– Lead new SKU samples build for customer submission. Review and documented all parameters and testing records.
– Lead second source Packaging material evaluation.
– Initiate ECR/ECN on all new or revised Packaging related changes
– Maintain the SAP BOM, Part No, and also Routing for all SKU.
– Responsible for process control and continuous improvement on production FPY.
