Responsibilities Marketing & Branding Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across the sports industry. Plan and deliver creative campaigns for upcoming sports events, tournaments, and brand activations. Manage content creation for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Collaborate with media partners, sponsors, and influencers to maximize exposure. Event Planning & Management Coordinate all aspects of sports event planning, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and scheduling. Ensure seamless on-ground execution of sports events, tournaments, fan engagement activities, and promotional campaigns. Oversee sponsorship activation, ensuring brand partners gain maximum value and visibility. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Market Insights & Growth Monitor market trends, fan engagement behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Conduct post-event analysis to measure success, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future events. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Sports Management, or related field. 2-6 years of experience in marketing and/or event planning, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or lifestyle industry . Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns/events simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners. Passion for sports and ability to connect with sports fans and communities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in fast-paced event environments.
